Do you offer free returns?

There is no such thing as a Free returns service offered by any company as ultimately the cost of offering this service is absorbed into the costs of products purchased,this can add around 4% per product ordered which stacks up across an order and also mean you will be paying for a service you may not need.

We therefore feel its fairer that those who request a return do so at their convenience,however we do offer a free return exchange service for goods which have a manufacturing fault or delivery damage.
