What happens if I am not at home when my delivery arrives?
If you are not at home when your delivery arrives,you will be presented the following choices:
- Will leave a calling card and ask you to rearrange delivery to the same address on another date.
- Allow you to collect the parcel from your local delivery hub.
- Request redelivery to a neighbours address.
