How do you determine product safety?

As the leading dedicated sensory toy retailer, we know that nothing is more important than the safety of the children we serve.

 We love kids, and our commitment to their safety is non-negotiable and we will always act in a way which puts them at the forefront of what we offer.

We continue to look for ways to raise the bar on product safety and monitor safety standards across the EU.

Sensory Education's safety standards require that our products meet or exceed legally mandated and industry-accepted standards as set out by EU Regulations which are some of the toughest in the world.
If at any point we find that a product does not meet our high safety standards, we take immediate and decisive action to remove these products from our e-commerce sites and distribution centres and perform a recall if needed.

In the event of a product recall this would be advertised both on our website and social media channels.
