How do I pack and send my return?

To ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible, please do the following when packing and sending your product:

Send the product in its original packaging as new and as sold to you.
Please pack the product so that it will not be damaged during the return shipping process as the property remains your responsibility until we check the item is acceptable for return and any damage noticed at that stage will mean a rejection in the return.

Include a copy of the returns form at ALL TIMES

Items sent without a valid returns form will be discarded of without liability.

This form is only to be used for APPROVED returns with a valid returns authorisation number
