Phone System Status

10th September 2025

We have been made aware of a system server issue with our VOIP telephone number and calls are not connecting correctly to our team.

When calling 0333 090 2791 customers have today reported the error message "the number is no longer in use"

Our tech team have been alerted and we are doing all we can to resolve this matter swiftly.

In the meantime please email us on customercare@sensoryeducation.co.uk and our response times are fast and we have deployed extra staff to emails to assist whilst our phone issue is resolved by engineers on the 11th September 2025.
